What Is The Scheme?

It’s a way to thank you for recommending me to people you know, and a chance for us to help more candidates find rewarding, fulfilling jobs they love and help small business owners grow their businesses by hiring effectively!

Word-of-mouth recommendations are our favourite way to find great new people to work with, so we would like to get more of them.

 Who can make a referral?

Anyone at all – it’s designed to help me find more great, enthusiastic and driven people to work with.

What are the rewards?

 PERMANENT CANDIDATES: If you recommend a friend or colleague to CSA Personnel Consultants who is not already registered with us and we go on to place them within 12 MONTHS of recommendation in a new permanent role, you will receive €200 voucher when they start in their new position

HIRING MANAGER REFERRALS: If you refer a client or a hiring manager to us, who we have not previously identified and who is actively recruiting and who is willing to use our services, we will pay you:

€200 for every permanent placement made with that manager for a period of 12 months from the date of the first placement starting employment.

Something for them: As a thank you to your friend for working with us, and to congratulate them on their new position/ new hire, they’ll receive a gorgeous and thoughtful hamper from the English Market, carefully put together by us.

How do I apply?

Once you’ve spoken to your friend and they’re happy to be put forward, send me an email sam@csapersonnel.com with Referral Scheme in the subject line or fill out the form here

 When and how will we receive our rewards?

 You’ll receive these 12 weeks after your friend starts their new position, if they’re still happy and settled in their role. It’s important to me to find people great jobs and that they’re committed, and also means the reward scheme can’t be misused.
