Internal Sales Executive
We are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Assistant who will act as the first point of contact for our customer base, delivering the ultimate in customer service, develop robust relationships with key accounts and enhance sales and profitability within their showroom based just outside Cork City.
Our client is an expanding building solutions company that focuses on high quality products & innovative designs.
The successful candidate would need a positive outlook and should be motivated and capable of working alone. They would need to be versatile and capable of adapting to the varied roles of a small business and would be expected to work to increase the overall level of Company sales.
There will be a three-month training period.
Experience in Construction or Construction related products would be an advantage although not necessary.
What does the role involve?
- Sales, onsite and online shop.
- Customer service and payments
- Opening new customer accounts
- Stock control – goods outwards and inwards
- Product knowledge to assist customers & sales
- Organise courier deliveries
- General office duties
- Basic invoicing software knowledge and advantage (SAGE
