Business Development Rep
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a sales role, be comfortable making a high volume of calls each week, and be skilled at managing leads to drive our company’s revenue growth. While industry-specific knowledge is a bonus, it’s not required, as we’re prepared to guide the right candidate in learning about our industry.
This is a unique role in a national company who offer a niche service. This role will suit someone who is outgoing and able to manage a very busy workload, multi-task and work flawlessly under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to existing customers and potential leads.
- Assess incoming website leads and distribute them appropriately within the team.
- Accurately log activities and information in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.
- Use the CRM system to keep track of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and other key metrics

- Previous experience in a sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Able to communicate effectively (in both written and verbal form).
- Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through on tasks.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
- Self-starter who can work independently.
