Our client is one of Irelands leading office furniture fit out companies.

They are a real success story and even in these fragile COVID times they are still going from strength to strength so its a great time to join them. The successful candidate will work alongside an established Business Development Manager who has been in the company for the last 3 years.

Full Training Program and Mentoring Program will be provided.

We are particularly interested in hearing candidates from a Business Development, Sales Executive, Sales Manager, B2B Sales or Account Manager Backgrounds. Experience in Sales is a must and whilst experience in the Office Furniture industry may be an advantage it is not a must.


This role will take responsibility for identifying and prospecting new clients against a pipeline and using consultative sales skills in meetings, to learn about prospects challenges and to gain a deep understanding of the client’s requirements.


  • Identifying new opportunities to expand the Company’s network
  • Working with the Sale/Marketing team to develop a pipeline of prospects
  • Oversee the whole office fit out process with clients: Planning-Design-Installation
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Networking Events & Building New Relationships.
  • Analysing promotional trends and regularly presenting insights to new clients, using this as an opportunity to sell
  • Acting as the key contact for new clients within their region
  • Identifying new opportunities to expand the Company’s network
  • Delivering against quarterly and full year targets
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conference Demonstrating and working to the company’s values and behaviours
  • Keep the CRM system updated with the status of prospects, leads and campaigns as instructed


  • 4 years’+ business development experience with proven success in winning new business
  • A real go getter who loves pushing themselves to overachieve
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
